Connecticut converting state processor Nov 15, 2026 05:00-17:00 UTC
The State of Connecticut is scheduled to transition its EBT SNAP and Cash transaction authorization processing from Conduent to Fidelity Information Services, Inc. (FIS f.k.a. eFunds). The conversion will begin on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at approximately 12:00 a.m. EST. FIS expects the State’s EBT system to be back online before noon on Sunday, November 15, 2026.
