The state processor for VI, DC, RI, VT, NH, NY, AZ, NM, ID, MP, CT has scheduled downtime during the period: February 24, 2026, 10:00pm – February 25, 2026, 3:00am PT.
According to the state issuer: during this period, each agency/state will experience one planned outage lasting up to 20 minutes.
Card holders may see failed transactions during this window. It is safe to retry on failure when the maintenance window is closed. We will update when we have confirmation from the state processor that their maintenance is completed.
