Starting at 11:20 PM CT Conduent will be starting our project to implement NJ EMV. This will last until 4:00 AM CT on 5/21. During this window, Conduent will impact EBT transaction processing for the following states: AL, MT, NJ, OH, OK, PA, and SC. They anticipate the transaction-processing to be limited to 10-15 minutes per state at the most.
