The state processor for AL, AR, CT, DE, GA, IA, IN, MD, MS, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA has scheduled downtime during the period: February 24, 2026, 8:00pm – February 25, 2026, 4:00am
The processor is applying a patch that should only affect traffic for approximately 2 hours sometime during this 8 hour window. It is not expected this patch will take the full 8 hours.
Card holders may see failed transactions during this window. It is safe to retry on failure when the maintenance window is closed. We will update when we have confirmation from the state processor that their maintenance is completed.
